Product images are provided for reference. Slight variations in colour, stone appearance, size, or finish may occur due to handcrafted manufacturing and screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may vary depending on gold and silver market rates, gemstone availability, customization requirements, taxes, and shipping charges.

Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required for all orders.

Production or order processing will begin only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Customers are responsible for approving all customization details before production.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and destination.

Royal Jewellery Palace is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• A manufacturing defect is reported.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order along with clear photographs.

Customized jewellery and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects, if any, will be inspected by our team before an appropriate resolution is provided.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, improper storage, chemicals, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Intellectual Property

All website content including photographs, logos, product designs, graphics, text, and branding belongs to Royal Jewellery Palace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Royal Jewellery Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products.
